4月6日,交投集(ji)團(tuan)黨委委員、副總經(jing)理趙仕仁到路(lu)橋集(ji)團(tuan)調(diao)研并(bing)開展座談,路(lu)橋集(ji)團(tuan)領導(dao)班子成員參加座談。
座談會上(shang),路橋集團班子成(cheng)員對(dui)各(ge)自分管(guan)工(gong)作(zuo)、企業發展(zhan)面臨(lin)的(de)困(kun)難等情(qing)況(kuang)作(zuo)了(le)詳(xiang)細(xi)匯(hui)報(bao)。趙仕仁在聽取匯(hui)報(bao)后,對(dui)路橋集團的(de)經營發展(zhan)、項(xiang)目推進(jin)(jin)情(qing)況(kuang)給予(yu)了(le)充分肯定,并與班子成(cheng)員進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)深入交流(liu),同時(shi)提出(chu)幾點要求:一是加(jia)強(qiang)領導(dao),堅(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)決(jue)抓(zhua)(zhua)落(luo)實(shi)當(dang)中(zhong)責任(ren)不夠(gou)清的(de)問(wen)(wen)題,要進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)(bu)明確(que)(que)分工(gong),加(jia)強(qiang)協(xie)作(zuo),強(qiang)化領導(dao)班子成(cheng)員的(de)責任(ren)擔當(dang);二是建章立制(zhi),堅(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)決(jue)抓(zhua)(zhua)落(luo)實(shi)當(dang)中(zhong)機制(zhi)不夠(gou)全的(de)問(wen)(wen)題,要把握制(zhi)度建設工(gong)作(zuo)重點,修訂完善(shan)已(yi)有(you)(you)制(zhi)度,建立新的(de)制(zhi)度,形成(cheng)用制(zhi)度管(guan)人(ren)、管(guan)事(shi)的(de)局面;三是以學(xue)促干,堅(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)決(jue)抓(zhua)(zhua)落(luo)實(shi)當(dang)中(zhong)本領不夠(gou)強(qiang)的(de)問(wen)(wen)題,要加(jia)強(qiang)理論(lun)學(xue)習,增強(qiang)理論(lun)功底,不斷拓(tuo)展(zhan)理論(lun)層面,更好地將(jiang)學(xue)習成(cheng)效體現(xian)(xian)到具體工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),確(que)(que)保學(xue)有(you)(you)所用、學(xue)以致用;四(si)是統籌兼顧,堅(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)決(jue)抓(zhua)(zhua)落(luo)實(shi)當(dang)中(zhong)步(bu)(bu)調不夠(gou)齊的(de)問(wen)(wen)題,要加(jia)強(qiang)項(xiang)目資料過程(cheng)管(guan)控(kong),積極(ji)做好項(xiang)目收尾(wei)工(gong)作(zuo),逐(zhu)步(bu)(bu)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)項(xiang)目檔案工(gong)作(zuo)高質量發展(zhan);五(wu)是跟(gen)蹤問(wen)(wen)效,堅(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)決(jue)抓(zhua)(zhua)落(luo)實(shi)當(dang)中(zhong)督(du)查(cha)不夠(gou)實(shi)的(de)問(wen)(wen)題,要堅(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)持真督(du)實(shi)查(cha),在過程(cheng)跟(gen)蹤管(guan)理上(shang)下功夫,促進(jin)(jin)各(ge)項(xiang)決(jue)策部署在工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)落(luo)地落(luo)實(shi)落(luo)細(xi);六是獎(jiang)優(you)罰差(cha),堅(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)決(jue)抓(zhua)(zhua)落(luo)實(shi)當(dang)中(zhong)考核不夠(gou)嚴的(de)問(wen)(wen)題,要進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)(bu)明確(que)(que)獎(jiang)懲細(xi)則(ze),以嚴格考核和獎(jiang)優(you)罰差(cha)為手段,積極(ji)營造(zao)創(chuang)先爭(zheng)優(you)的(de)濃厚氛圍。
